Exterior Restoration

The Haverford home underwent a complete restoration. The image on the left shows paint being stripped from the exterior, while the stone was sandblasted to remove the plaster coating and subsequently repointed. The siding was stained, and all wood trim was primed and painted. A new slate roof was installed, complete with copper gutters and downspouts. The home received full insulation, along with entirely new electrical wiring and air conditioning. Older jalousie-style windows were replaced with new ones, and fresh landscaping finished off the dramatic transformation.
